Premium equipment
You will work with equipment from the 8 official brands we distribute: Waydoo, F-One, North, Mystic, Manera, Starboard, Severne and Axis. Brand-new, certified, renewed every season.
Beachfront work
Bases in Can Pastilla and Pollensa. Sea, wind and all disciplines within reach. If water is your thing, this is the perfect daily environment.
International team
We operate in Spanish and English. Young multidisciplinary team with experience in eFoil, SUP, wing, windsurf and kite. Continuous learning between colleagues.
Real continuity
We look for people to stay more than one season. Year-round employment in maintenance, shop and B2B events (charters, hotels, yachts).
Internal training
Access to equipment to practice and improve your level. Support for certifications (FEW, IKO, ISA, etc.). We help you professionalize your sports career.
Serious project
El Niño Mallorca has been on the island for more than 10 years. Professional management, formal contracts, social security registration and sustained business growth.

These are the types of profiles we typically hire throughout the year. It does not mean all positions are open right now: choose the one that fits you best and we will keep your application for when a vacancy opens.
eFoil Instructor
Individual and group sessions, safety briefings and equipment delivery to clients.
- Foil experience or high sports level
- Languages: ES + EN required
- Boat license (a plus)
SUP & Wing Instructor
Beginner and advanced classes in paddle surf, wing and wingfoil.
- FEW / IKO / ISA certification or demonstrable experience
- Languages: ES + EN required
- Teaching ability across all levels
Customer service / shop
Reception, bookings, equipment sales, phone, online and in-person service.
- Retail or customer service experience
- Languages: ES + EN required
- POS, email and social media skills
Equipment Technician
Maintenance and repair of eFoil, SUP, wing, kite, windsurf. Small board and sail repairs.
- Knowledge of composite materials
- Manual skills and order
- Board repair experience a plus
Delivery operative
Equipment delivery and pickup to yachts, hotels and villas in the North zone and Palma.
- Driver’s license and own vehicle (a plus)
- Languages: ES + EN required
- Schedule availability and customer orientation
Marketing & Social Media
Social media content (photo/video), web management, email marketing, campaigns and local SEO.
- Proven previous experience (portfolio)
- Creative skills with Reels / Shorts
- Basic WordPress / SEO knowledge
Wingfoil + Windsurf Instructor
Punctual summer reinforcement. We look for profiles that can teach both disciplines indistinctly.
- Real ability to teach Wingfoil and Windsurf
- Certification or equivalent experience

Frequently asked questions
What people usually ask us before applying.
Do you only hire for the season?
No. We have seasonal positions (April–October) and also year-round positions in shop, equipment technician, marketing and B2B operations. If you want to stay more than one season, even better.
Do you offer accommodation?
Not directly, but we help with the search and have contacts with regular owners who rent to seasonal staff. Let us know when applying and we will guide you.
Is sports certification required?
For instructor positions yes: FEW, IKO, ISA or equivalent depending on discipline. For other positions no, demonstrable experience and level is enough. If you lack certification but have the level, you can also apply — we support training.
Which languages are required?
Spanish and English are basic for all customer-facing positions. German and French are highly valued. If you come from abroad and your Spanish is still developing, we also value your application.
Do you pay internships / training contracts?
Yes, internships are always paid. We work with vocational training (FP) in tourism and sports and with universities. If you come through an agreement, contact us.
When do new openings start?
The catalog positions are the profiles we hire every year, but not always all of them are open at the same time. We close season hiring agreements between November and January; positions usually start in March/April. If your profile fits, we will call you when a vacancy opens.
Do you take summer reinforcements?
Yes. We usually need Wingfoil + Windsurf instructors (able to teach both disciplines) in July and August. If you fit this profile, mention it in your application: we handle it as summer reinforcement with possibility of continuity.
At which bases do you work?
We operate in Can Pastilla (Palma) and in the North zone (Pollensa, Alcúdia). Indicate your geographical preference when applying.
