Minimum and maximum size?
Minimum 10. Maximum 80 per day in rotating stations. For larger groups, let’s talk.
Do we need sports skills?
You need to manage in the water. No prior experience required. We adapt to the group’s profile.
What if the weather is bad?
Plan B at no cost: land-based sport block + in-room dynamics. Decision 12 h beforehand.
How does invoicing work?
Invoice with VAT number. 30% deposit, 70% up to 7 days after the event. Bank transfer, card or FACe (public entities).
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, professional public liability + accident insurance for all participants. Policies available on request.
Languages?
Spanish, Catalan and English as standard. German, French and Italian on confirmation with 2 weeks notice.
Can it be combined with dinner/convention?
Yes. We work with local DMC and MICE. We can be the activity block within a larger event.
When is the best time to book?
Ideally 4-6 weeks. July-August, minimum 6. Events of 60+: 2 months.
What about those who don’t want to go in the water?
There’s always a meaningful “land” role (judge, photographer, timer). Nobody is left out.
