Flat water nearly all year round, sandy bottoms, coves you can reach straight from Palma Beach and a horizon that invites you to paddle. From our base in Can Pastilla we have been guiding families, athletes and curious visitors for over two decades — from their first paddle stroke to their hundredth coastal tour.

Guided paddle surf tour of the Bay of Palma

Two hours paddling on flat water with a local guide: we set off from the beach, follow the Can Pastilla coastline and stop for a swim. No experience needed — we start with a briefing on the shore.

We have all-round boards perfect for beginners, hard boards with more performance for those who already have technique, and inflatable models for maximum portability. We help you pick the model that best suits your weight, skill and paddling plans.

How we teach

Our lessons are run by certified instructors with hands-on experience in the Bay of Palma. The progression is always the same: safety and gear vocabulary on land → stance and balance on flat water → paddle technique and turns → independence on short routes.

In small groups feedback is one-to-one, and from your very first lesson you take home video of your strokes to fix your stance. If you come with family, we mix levels within the group. All you need is a swimsuit and the will to paddle.

Special packs for students and rental customers Pack Empieza SUP: 2 semi-private lessons. Learn the basics, then head out and practise on your own.

Student Pack: after any course, a 20% discount on your first paddle surf rental.

SUP board and gear repair

We repair what we sell and rent. In our Can Pastilla workshop we handle:

    Ding repair en hard boards (golpes, fisuras, deck reventado). Leash plug replacement and fin work. Patching of inflatable boards and valve repair. Paddle repair and tuning for adjustable paddles.
Bring your board — free, no-strings quote. Typical turnaround: 48-72 h in high season, 24 h off-season.

Frequently asked questions about paddle surfing in Mallorca

Do I need previous experience to rent a board?
No. The Bay of Palma has flat water almost year-round, perfect for beginners. Before you head out we walk you through the basics (stance, paddling, climbing back on) at no extra cost.
What does the rental include?
SUP board, adjustable paddle, safety leash, life vest and shower & locker access. If you ask, we also brief you on routes and conditions for the day.
From what age can you do paddle surfing?
From 6-7 years old when accompanied by an adult. We have family (XL) boards that hold up to 200 kg — perfect for 2 adults + child.
What do I need to bring?
Swimsuit, towel, reef-friendly sunscreen and willingness. If you like, sunglasses with a strap. We provide everything else.
What if there’s wind or bad weather?
If conditions are unsafe we cancel the activity and refund you in full or reschedule. Your safety comes first.
Can I take the board to another beach?
Yes — with half-day or full-day rates. For groups we can deliver the gear to the beach or cove of your choice anywhere in Mallorca.
Is there a discount for students?
Yes. After any course you get a 20% discount on your first rental. Check out our student packs.
